P6/7 H.I.P Workshop

On Wednesday 17^th October pupils from P6/7 took part in a workshop which was delivered by Cormac Venney from HIPerformance. Throughout the afternoon the children learnt a wide range of skills and coping strategies when under pressure, all whilst having lots of fun. The children really enjoyed learning new skills and strategies such as, self-talk, diaphragmatic breathing, imagery and preparation.

Many thanks to Cormac for a great afternoon – we are looking forward to putting our new skills into practice!
