Primary 7 STEM Workshop

Primary 7 took part in the exciting ‘Road to RIAT’ online STEM workshop, where we explored the fascinating world of space and rocket engineering. We learned how rockets are designed and launched, then put our knowledge into practice by building and testing our own models. Keeping the four forces of flight; lift, thrust, weight, and drag in mind, we experimented by launching our rockets at different angles and measuring their distance, time, and speed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and had great fun testing their creations. A big thank you to the Smallpeice Trust for organising such an engaging and fun workshop!
