On Monday, 17th November, our school was alive with expression and creativity as pupils took part in the Banbridge Speech & Drama In-House Festival. Every child who stepped onto the stage delivered their poem with clarity, confidence, and poise—a truly remarkable achievement that reflects their hard work and dedication.
This year’s adjudication was led by Mrs Anne Garvey, whose expertise and thoughtful feedback made the event both inspiring and educational. She was warmly accompanied by Mrs Patricia Mulligan, with invaluable support from Mrs Helen Trammer and Mrs Gail Patterson. Their combined efforts ensured that every performance was appreciated and celebrated.
Judging was no easy task! The standard of recitation was high, and we applaud all our participants for their courage and talent. A huge congratulations to all our prize winners—you were outstanding!
We are thrilled to announce that our overall winner for 2025 is Eímile from P7! Eímile impressed the adjudicators with an exceptional performance and will now proudly represent our school at the prestigious Battle of the Champions at the Belmont Hotel on Thursday, 28th November. We wish Eímile the very best of luck—what an exciting opportunity!
