Break the Rules Day 2026 – A Huge Success!
What a fantastic day of fun and laughter we all enjoyed today as we celebrated Break the Rules Day! The excitement was buzzing around the school from the moment the children arrived, proudly showing off their crazy hair, colourful clothes, nail polish, face paint and favourite teddies and toys.
Throughout the day, the children fully embraced the chance to break some very special “rules” – from sitting beside their friends in class and enjoying extra playtime, to bringing treats for snack time and even juice in their water bottles! Golden Time was enjoyed by all, and the smiles on the children’s faces said it all.
Most importantly, while everyone had a brilliant time taking part, Break the Rules Day also helped us raise a fantastic amount of money for our chosen charity this term, Trócaire. The children showed great enthusiasm and generosity, reminding us that having fun together can also make a real difference to others.
A huge well done to all the pupils for getting involved and to our families for their continued support. Days like this truly highlight our school spirit and show us living out our school motto of Learning through Love and Laughter.
