Children's Mental Health Week 2024

This week we have been focusing throughout the school on children's mental health.
The theme this year is 'My Voice Matters'. 
We began the week with a whole school assembly to explain how we can look after our mental health and every class then had lessons and activities during the week on this topic. We also had an extended time for our daily mile as exercise is a good way to keep both our minds and bodies healthy. Classes focused on enjoying healthy snacks too.
