DOE Practical Child Pedestrian Safety Training Scheme

On Thursday 20th October pupils from Primary Four and Primary Five completed the DOE Stage Two and Stage Three Practical Child Pedestrian Safety Training Scheme.

The pupils took part in a walk around the Gilford area where the associated road safety problems were negotiated successfully demonstrating the acquired skills.

We hope this will help to keep the children safe as pedestrians using the local roads.
