Down Day!

On Wed 28th June, our whole school was a sea of red and black to show our support to Mr McParland and his Down team mates for the upcoming Tailteann Cup final on Sat 15th July. Even Mrs Power, an avid Armagh supporter, took this in good spirit and donned a red and black Tir Na Nog top (we did note it wasn’t a Down top but we’ll let her off with it this time!).

Well done to P.2/3 for designing new GAA tops for Down. They looked fantastic; perhaps Mr McParland can feed those back to the Down Management Team.

We wish Down well and hope that they can bring the Cup home!!🏆
