Easter Raffle 2026
Huge congratulations to all of the lucky winners of our Easter Egg Raffle! There was great excitement and a real buzz of anticipation in the school hall as pupils gathered for the much anticipated draw. Smiles, cheers and plenty of chocolate made for a wonderful afternoon enjoyed by everyone.
Once again, our Easter Raffle proved to be a tremendous success. Thanks to the generosity and support of our whole school community, an amazing total of £600 was raised for the parish Trócaire collection. This fantastic sum includes funds raised through both the Easter Raffle and our recent Break the Rules Day, making it a truly collective effort.
Sincere thanks go to our School Council, who worked so hard organising the raffle, selling tickets and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their commitment and enthusiasm were central to the success of the event. We would also like to express our appreciation to our staff, who kindly donated Easter eggs and prizes, adding greatly to the excitement of the occasion.
We would also like to extend a very special word of thanks to Chloe in P7 for her kindness, thoughtfulness and generosity. Chloe brought in a beautifully filled Easter basket for each of the boys in the Little Blossom class, a gesture that was deeply appreciated by both pupils and staff. Chloe consistently shows great kindness towards the boys, always including them at every opportunity. She proudly told us that she purchased the treats using her Confirmation money, making her gesture even more meaningful and reflective of the values we strive to nurture in our school community.
Thank you to everyone who supported these initiatives. Your generosity and compassion help us to support Trócaire’s important work and remind us of the true spirit of Easter — kindness, generosity and caring for others. Well done to all involved.
