Edina Trust Bulb Project

Primary 7 enjoyed taking part in the Spring Bulb Schools Investigation, a collaborative project with The Edina Trust. In early October 2025, the pupils planted daffodil and crocus bulbs while also recording daily rainfall and temperature. At the end of each week, we uploaded our results online, which allowed us to compare our data with schools across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. Through this project, the children gained valuable insight into how weather conditions influence the growth of flowers. This week, they were delighted to take their flowers home!
