Hyster-Yale STEM Workshop

Many thanks to Steven, Emma and Johnny from Hyster-Yale for taking the time to come and visit us today.
Miss McCarthy's class had a very informative and fun afternoon learning about how forklifts are manufactured at their Craigavon site. Everyone got the chance to make their own forklift using lego. The boys and girls worked in teams and had to follow step by step instructions to make sure their truck passed the pre-delivery inspections.
They also got the chance to find out about the different job roles and opportunities available at Hyster-Yale.
Everyone had a great afternoon taking part in the workshop!
