We are keeping in our thoughts and prayers our P.4 children today who were due to make their First Holy Communion this morning. This should have been a time of great excitement for them, their families and our whole school community as they were set to receive Jesus in a very special way. They had worked so hard in preparing for this joyful occasion and I would like them to know that whilst we do not know the rescheduled date as yet, we can still look forward with hope and excitement to their special day some time in the future. I would like to ask that this morning, we join together in prayer, by asking Mary during her special month of May and her son Jesus to pray especially for our P.4 children and to continue to look after all our families, staff, Canon Powell and our entire community during these difficult times.
