Messages for this Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Our School Council will be delivering an assembly tomorrow morning on the importance of looking after our mental health, including sharing tips and strategies that everyone can use. They have also requested that Friday 15th be a non-uniform day, where we all "Wear it Green" to support mental health awareness. Alternatively, children may wear their P.E. uniform.
A reminder that the Book Fair will be open each morning before school from 8:45am, and each afternoon at the 2:00pm and 3:00pm pick-ups, until Wednesday 13th May. Many thanks to those who have already visited.
The P1/2 class will be attending their Shared Education Trip to Tannaghmore Gardens on Thursday 14th. Children are reminded to wear their P.E. uniform and bring a water bottle, packed lunch, and a raincoat.
Once again, huge congratulations to our P4 children for their reverent participation in making their First Holy Communion yesterday. We are very proud of you all and hope you enjoyed your special day. Many thanks also to the members of the school choir who were able to join us - we truly appreciate you giving up your time on a Saturday to take part.
