P.5 First Holy Communion

Huge congratulations to all our P.5 children on receiving the Sacrament of First Holy Communion today in the Church of St. Patrick & St. Colman, Laurencetown. All of the children conducted themselves so reverently and certainly did their parents, families, teachers and indeed our whole school and parish community proud. Well done boys and girls, we hope you enjoyed your special day!

Many thanks to Canon Powell for conducting such a beautiful service. Thanks also to Mrs Grimley & Mr King for their hard work and meticulous planning in preparing the children. Thanks to Mrs Power, Miss Power, Cliona Power and Ms Pat McAlinden for the beautiful singing and musical accompaniment and indeed to all our staff and anyone else who played a role in helping today pass off so well.
