P7 'Anti-Bullying Ambassadors'
At the beginning of October, two pupils from each of the Partner Primary Schools of St Ronan’s College were chosen as representatives on a collaborative project surrounding the issue of ‘Bullying’. The Primary 6 and 7 pupils worked closely with the current Year 8s in St. Ronan’s to create strategies and materials to help raise awareness to tackle bullying in the community.
The ‘Anti-Bullying Ambassadors’ representing St. John’s were P7 pupils, Mollie O’Sullivan and Megan Larkin. In association with all the pupils involved, they actively demonstrated this year’s theme, ‘Together We Are Stronger’, proving we can all achieve greatness by sharing ideas, tips and tricks with each other.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr Sharkey and the St. Ronan’s students who led these workshops. Mollie and Megan thoroughly enjoyed this experience and we in St. John’s are very proud of their efforts. Congratulations girls!
