Pancake Tuesday

We had a fantastic time celebrating Pancake Tuesday in school!

Throughout the day, the children enjoyed learning about the meaning of Pancake Tuesday (Shrove Tuesday) and why it is traditionally celebrated before the beginning of Lent. Classes took part in a range of fun activities, from pancake-themed art and writing tasks to learning about traditions around the world.

Of course, the highlight of the day was enjoying some delicious pancakes! The children loved choosing their toppings and sharing the experience with their friends.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. It was a lovely way to come together as a school community and create some happy memories.
