Primary Six and Seven visit Crumlin Road Prison

As part of the Extended Schools’ Cluster Primary Six and Seven pupils from St. John’s and Gilford Primary School enjoyed a day trip to Crumlin Road Prison (Monday 30th March). They learned about a day in the life of a Victorian child prisoner.
This was followed by an open top bus tour of Belfast. The children got to see Stormont, the Titanic Quarter, the Cathedral Quarter, West and East Belfast and the Queen’s University area. A great day was had by all!!
