Sponsored Spook 2024

What an amazing effort was made by everyone today as they turned up in all sorts of weird and wonderful costumes, for our annual Sponsored Spook!
Many thanks also to those that joined us along the way. Your support means so much to us.
While we were on our walk, the helpers from the Friends of St. John’s group were busy getting all set up in the hall for a cuppa afterwards. Many thanks to them for their continued hard work and support as well as to the Windsor bakery and Eurospar for the treats and goodies. It was great to see so many come back to school where they were treated to an extra spook from the children as they paraded around to show off their costumes once more.
We have been overwhelmed by the response to our sponsorship as well as the support shown through raffle ticket sales, hot chocolate cones and tea/coffee donations. A special word of thanks to Mrs Power and the School Council for helping to organise as well as to all members of our wonderful staff for their continual hard work and dedication. Huge congratulations to all the raffle prize winners, especially to Poppy for winning the amazing cake which was donated by Jane Teggart. As always a huge big thank you to Jane for this extremely kind donation! 

We are delighted to announce that a grand total of £2,455.05 has been collected altogether!!! This will certainly be put to good use throughout the school.
