St. John’s Wins the Santa Run Competition!

We’re thrilled to announce that St John’s Primary School, Gilford has been crowned the winner of this year’s Daily Mile Santa Run!

On Friday, 5th December, schools across the borough embraced the festive spirit, with pupils and staff donning their best Christmas outfits for 15 minutes of running, jogging, or walking—all to promote children’s mental health and wellbeing.

A big thank you to everyone who took part, and congratulations to our amazing pupils and staff for making this event so special. As winners, we’ve earned an exciting snowtubing session at Craigavon Golf and Ski Centre!
