As we prepare to begin the run up to the Christmas season, please make a note of these important dates for your diary.
- Thurs 21st Nov: Speech & Drama Festival in school assembly hall 1.30pm
- Sat 23rd Nov: Friends group Bingo night in GCC hall 7.00pm
- Wed 4th Dec: Open Day for our Sept 2025 P.1's 9.30 - 11.30am
- Thurs 5th Dec: Christmas dinner in school. School finishes at 1.00pm for all pupils (Feeney's Gaelic session has been moved to Thurs 19th Dec instead)
- Fri 6th Dec: Daily Mile Santa Run. Everyone to dress festively
- Fri 13th Dec: P.1-3 Christmas Play at 11.00am. All welcome to attend
- Fri 13th Dec: Friends group Christmas Disco. P.1-3 (6.00 -7.00pm) & P.4-7 (7.15 - 8.15pm)
- Tues 17th Dec: Whole school Carol service in St. John's Church 6.30pm
- Thurs 19th Dec: Whole school cinema trip
- Mon 23rd Dec: School finishes at 11.00am for the Christmas holidays and will reopen on Mon 6th Jan 2025
Please note: We have been asked by the school meals kitchen to provide numbers in advance for Christmas dinner. For those that pay for school meals, please ensure that you book and pay for this on the EZPayments App before next Fri (29th). When booking, you will find that it is listed as an item in 'pay for items', select Christmas Dinner and make a payment of £2.60.
As well as this, the booking is now also open on the EZPayments App for our whole school cinema trip to Craigavon Omniplex on 19th Dec. The cost to attend is £5 per child. School will be subsidising the remainder of the cost for this trip.
On Christmas dinner day and on the Daily Mile Santa Run day the children may dress festively, wearing a Christmas hat, jumper or other festive attire.
